One of the original team members of the Reforged team who helped develop Reforged has a similar problem with his own custom map, but he cannot do anything about it because he was laid off obviously. There were a couple of responses from “Blizzard” Activision on these forums from low level “tech support” employees who are not allowed to fix anything, since the problem is the game itself and not your computer in most cases. Ever since that patch, dozens of people have flooded to here on the forums saying that the map editor is crashing for them. So, when your map file is crashing, this most likely happens because the game itself is nigh sabotaged ever since August 17th, 2022.

So, now in the year 2022, probably due to pressure from bad managers and stupid higher ups at this company, the last remaining member of the original Reforged team pushed out the unfinished patch because it contained a partially functional Ranked Ladder system, and the someone within the company was pushing for Reforged to “have a ladder system” as if this would stop players from complaining about the state of the game.Īfter the last remaining member of the original team released this patch, according to legend, he then left his job. The contents of the patch were mostly developed by the old Reforged team in the year 2020, but that team was laid off and they were not allowed to finish their work.
On that day, Activision released a new patch for Warcraft III: Reforged that broke the game in many ways where it was not previously broken. Most people are having crashes in the World Editor ever since August 17th, 2022.
